eating is a multi facetted experience. social. functional. emotional. traditional. nutritional. when we eat we activate our senses. we hear. we see. we taste. we feel. we smell. there are as many diets as there are people. i believe everyone of us needs something slightly different. by experimenting and experiencing we learn what it is we need in order to feel energized and vital. there is no quick and easy fix. this only makes us go from one extreme to the next. our bodies need gradual change. like a diver coming up to the surface. when we disregard this principle we are thrown off balance. we get sick or feel unhappy. eating is not only social, functional, emotional, traditional and nutritional. it can be medicinal too.
